Donating electronics the right way
Electronics need a little preparation so they are safe and useful for the next owner.
Wipe your data first
Back up and factory-reset laptops, phones and tablets, and sign out of all accounts before pickup. We do not access or recover data.
Working order only
We pass on electronics that power on and work. Please include chargers, remotes and cables where you can.
Safe transport
TVs and monitors are carried upright and wrapped so screens arrive intact.
Offices and IT refreshes
Replacing a batch of laptops or monitors? We collect office IT after hours in one trip.

Donated items go straight to people who will use them, so condition matters. If in doubt, send a photo first.
What we accept
Clean, safe and usable items from homes, offices and hotels.
Furniture
Sofas, beds, wardrobes, tables, chairs and majlis seating in sound condition.
Appliances
Working fridges, washers, cookers, microwaves and AC units.
Electronics
Working TVs, monitors, laptops and printers.
Mattresses
Clean, dry mattresses with no stains, tears or sagging.
Kids' items
Cots, bunk beds, study desks, toys and prams.
Household items
Kitchenware, lamps, rugs, mirrors and decor.
Office furniture
Desks, task chairs, cabinets and meeting tables.
Gym equipment
Treadmills, bikes, benches and weights.
What we cannot accept
For safety and hygiene reasons these stay out of the donation chain.
Broken or unstable items
Anything wobbly, cracked or missing parts that make it unsafe to use.
Stained or torn upholstery
Sofas and mattresses with stains, tears, odours or water damage.
Pest or mould damage
Any sign of bed bugs, termites or mould means it cannot be passed on.
Appliances that do not work
We only pass on appliances that power on and work as they should.
Paints, chemicals & gas
Paint tins, cleaning chemicals, gas cylinders and batteries.
Fitted joinery
Built-in wardrobes and kitchens that cannot be removed without damage.

What electronics can I donate in Dubai?
Working TVs, laptops, desktops, monitors, printers, tablets, consoles and speakers. Please include chargers and remotes.
Do I need to wipe my laptop?
Yes. Please back up, factory-reset and sign out of all accounts before pickup. We do not access or recover data.
Do you take broken electronics?
No. We only collect items that work, because they go straight to new users.
Can you collect office IT equipment?
Yes. We collect batches of laptops, monitors and printers from offices, usually after hours.
Is the pickup free?
Yes, for working electronics we agreed to take by photo.
