The questions we get most

Still unsure? Our team answers phone and WhatsApp daily from 8 AM to 9 PM.

Is furniture donation pickup really free?

Yes. If the items are clean, safe and usable, collection is free across Dubai, and on scheduled runs to Sharjah, Ajman and Abu Dhabi.

Sofas, beds, wardrobes, dining sets, majlis seating, office furniture, kids’ furniture and working appliances. Send a photo if unsure.

Broken, stained, wet or pest-affected items, damaged mattresses and appliances that do not work.

Every usable item gets a second life. Some pieces go directly to families who need them, others are resold at low prices and part of the proceeds goes towards helping people in need. Nothing usable is sent to landfill.
