Four steps, start to finish
From first message to cleared room, usually within a day or two in Dubai.

Send one or two photos of each item and your area on WhatsApp or through the booking form.
We confirm the items
We check the items can be reused and tell you straight away if anything cannot be donated.
Pick a pickup slot
Choose a same-day or next-day window in Dubai, or the next scheduled run for other emirates.
We collect and pass it on
Our two-person crew dismantles, carries and loads. Usable items get a second life with a new owner.

Is furniture donation pickup really free?
Yes. If the items are clean, safe and usable, collection is free.
How fast can you collect?
Often the same day in Dubai for requests confirmed before 2 PM.
Do I need to be home?
Someone needs to give access. Many customers leave a key with the concierge.
What happens to my furniture?
Every usable item gets a second life. Some pieces go directly to families who need them, others are resold at low prices and part of the proceeds goes towards helping people in need. Nothing usable is sent to landfill.
